Digital Arts Day at Cardiff Digital Cities Week

From digital storytelling, to photography, digital trends and growing online audiences – these sessions are about making a big impact with your art and enhancing your understanding of and access to the digital arts opportunities on offer.

The team from The Space, the commissioning and development organisation founded by the BBC and Arts Council England, share their insights and practical tips on how to navigate the digital space and grow your online audiences.

Digital Trends
Senior Digital Producer at Manchester International Festival and The Space, Katherine Jewkes, talks about emerging trends, which to look out for, and why they are relevant for arts organisations. 

Digital Strategy: A Practical Guide 
This quick and practical session explains what is meant by ‘digital’ and provides advice on how to get started or build on where you are now. 

Online Audience Development
Keen to make the most of the audience opportunity online but don’t know where to start? This session will help you identify new and potential audiences online and provide practical steps to target them effectively. The Space Head of Audiences and Distribution Owen Hopkin offers tips to help grow and build relationships with your audience.
