The Space employs a UK-wide freelance network of more than 80 digital associates, many with specific cultural sector experience. This associate network enables us to deliver our activities in an agile and flexible manner.
It’s important to us to strengthen the role of freelancers in the digital cultural ecosystem and our initiatives also help freelancers, artists, and arts organisations to connect and network. Not only that, we prioritise inclusivity and inclusive skills development in our digital associates network via recruitment, training and monitoring.
