  1. By visiting the Website you signify that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Website.
  2. The Space may, at its discretion, change these terms and conditions and any related policies at any time and you agree to be bound by those changes, so please check these terms and conditions regularly.
  3. All intellectual property rights in the contents of the Website are owned by The Space or its licensors, which include the arts organisations and artists commissioned by The Space. No content from the Website may be copied or reproduced without The Space’s prior written consent.

  5. The Space respects and protects artistic freedom of expression. As a user of the Website you agree to do the same.
  6. The Space takes care to check and test material at all stages of production. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data, your mobile device or your computer system that may occur whilst using material from this Website.
  7. Whilst we welcome all visitors to this Website, we cannot guarantee that the Website is appropriate or available for use in any territory. If you visit the Website, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
